I just received this info from Jim Matthews, newly elected President of the LVVBC. There’s a new bill in the legislature that directly affects cyclists and the traffic laws we follow.  If anyone is interested in attending, please mark your calendars as the hearing is approaching quickly.

If you’re a cyclist who supports the improvement of traffic laws to make cycling safer, please attend the bill’s hearing this Thursday, March 12th, 1:30 pm, before the Assembly Transportation Committee, Room 3143 of the Legislative Building, 401 S. Carson St., Carson City.
