Are you ready for a workout? Do you want a challenge? BikingLasVegas.com is excited to announce that Danny Kam of NuVision Cyclery will be offering an Intermediate Level spin class to our members!!
LEARN HOW TO SPIN LIKE A PRO!
Danny Kam has been teaching spin class for 12 years and can help you get the most out of your indoor trainer. With Danny’s expert lessons, you will be able to spin like the pros!
THIS ISN’T YOUR GRANDMA’S SPIN CLASS!
Danny will be hosting a 75 Minute Session of moderate to intense spinning. This is not for the feint of heart. This will be a challenging workout that will have you feeling the heat at the same time of learning how to use your indoor trainer.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
1. You will bring your indoor trainer and your bicycle to Danny’s NuVision Cyclery Shop.
2. If you don’t have an indoor trainer, Danny has 5 trainers available for rent for $10 each.
3. Danny will show you how to hook up your bike to your trainer if you don’t already know how.
4. Then, he’ll take you on a 75 minute spin studio workout that will not only have your legs spinning, but your heads as well!! 
DON’T HAVE AN INDOOR TRAINER TO BRING ALONG? YOU CAN RENT ONE FOR $10.
If you don’t have an indoor trainer and you still want to participate in the class…don’t worry!! Danny has 5 indoor trainers available for rent at $10 each. You need to specify that you will be reserving one of the rental trainers when you RSVP.

YOU MUST RSVP TO LISA OF BIKINGLASVEGAS.COM BY SENDING A PRIVATE MESSAGE WITH THE SUBJECT LINE: “SPIN STUDIO RSVP”. RSVP’s MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 23rd, 2009
THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 15 PEOPLE WHO RSVP. SPECIFY IF YOU NEED TO RENT A TRAINER WHEN YOU RSVP.
DON’T FORGET…You must bring your OWN indoor trainer to the class. If you don’t have one, but want to test out a trainer because you are considering buying one in the future, this is a great opportunity to do so by renting one for only $10. There are only 5 rental trainers available and they will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
