Wow, everyone has great goals....even Ken!

Here's a few of mine, subject to change on a whim:

DON'T buy a heart rate monitor. When I can feel and hear my heart beating in my temples I'm pretty sure that's my max.
DO average +20MPH for a century ride.
DON'T ride off the pavment on the scenic loop at 40MPH.
DO continue to improve on my cornering.
DON'T get bike envy the first time someone rolls up on a shiny-brand-new-$10K-14lb-swiss-watch-of-a-bike.
DO build a fixed gear and ride it a lot.
DON'T try to hammer every second of every ride (Lisa's idea, and a good one!)
DO keep track of everyone that claims they're going to lose 10 pounds and beat me up a hill.
DON'T be afraid to try to catch a wheel when the big guys whoosh past.
DO get to know more of the people I see riding every day (a la Lance Wilson, my opposite in this regard)

Merry Christmas Everybody!
And Happy Festivus Ken!

To take more Cycling videos

To be a better Cycling photographer/Videographer.... or better yet, A sports photographer (I might be taking some other sports photos too), with that said, I will be riding slow (as always) since I will be bringing my DSLR during rides...

riding only ONE organized century ride (I THINK. not sure, yet) so I can finally have the chance to eat some outback steak after an event!

to hit 5000+ miles.... hitting 6,200 miles in 2009 is tough.... but I did lose alot of weight, :D

will eat Donut once a month. Pizza twice a month. Cheeseburgers, once a week!!!!

Be Happy. :)

1. Lose another 60 lbs.
2. Average 20+mph on something other than a downhill.
3. Complete a century
4. Stomp everyone on a climb. :P

1 - Avg 15 to 16 mph speed consistantly...basically kick ass.
2 - Finish first Sprint triathlon in May! (Come and see me!!)
3 - Finish and do better at my 2nd sprint triathlon in Aug
4 - Finish my first Olympic triathlon in September
5 - Finish my third sprint triathlon in November (this is tentative)
6 - Finish with my BLV friends *winks* at Rock and Roll Half-Marathon (tentative)
7 - Be way faster than last year, and complete 2k miles (I think is doable! After clocking in about 870 miles in 4 months)
8 - Do Red Rock loop again and Villa Ridge!
9 - Lose 10 more pounds to bring a total of 30 pounds lost!
10 - Complete a couple charity rides (Century rides is not out of the question, but it all depends on triathlon training)
11 - do way better with nutrition on the bike
12 - again, be way faster on the bike.

Ken you crack me up.
So if I say it hopefully it will happen.

1. finish olimpic course triathlon for BBSC Rage on April 14th.
2. Hopefully fully get over my fear of the open water swim so that I don't have to swim the entire course on my back like always. hee hee.
3. Finish 1/2 ironman Silverman in November.

note: sounds like a few people are wanting to do the Silverman in November. Maybe we can organize some training on the actuall course some time this year.

Thanks bikinglasvegas for being so awesome!

1. Spend more time with my daughter.
2. Get healthy.
3. Go on group rides and make new friends...
4. Stay smoke free.
5. Ride my bike as much as possible!
6. Most of all have a great year, easily accomplished by doing 1 through 5.
